2. Consumers (B2C) – EU Regulations
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have return rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase without providing a reason.
To return a product:
It must be unused and in its original packaging.
