For business customers, all sales are final unless the product is defective or covered under our warranty policy.

  • If a defective product is reported within the 5-year warranty period, we may provide:

  • FutureRise is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses, delays, or installation costs.

2. Consumers (B2C) – EU Regulations

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have return rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
  • Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase without providing a reason.

  • To return a product:

    • It must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
