1. Introduction

Welcome to FutureRise. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to FutureRise, a company registered in Estonia.
“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our products.
“Products” refers to the hydraulic lifting equipment and related items offered by FutureRise.

3. Product Use

Our products are designed for professional use in construction, maintenance, warehousing, and similar industries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Operators are adequately trained and qualified to use the equipment.
All safety and operating guidelines provided by FutureRise are strictly followed.
Regular maintenance is performed as recommended.

4. Warranty Policy

FutureRise provides a 5-year limited warranty on our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty:

Covers repairs or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
Does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Requires customers to submit valid proof of purchase and follow proper claim procedures.
Does not cover shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Customers are responsible for arranging repairs in their own country. FutureRise does not provide on-site repair services but will supply spare parts and offer phone support to assist customers with necessary repairs.
If a defective product is reported within the warranty period and the fault is confirmed not to be caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear, FutureRise may, at its discretion, cover reasonable local repair costs on a case-by-case basis. Compensation will be determined based on the estimated repair time and standard local service fees.
Estimated repair times vary from 0.5 to 6 hours, depending on the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FutureRise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from product use.
Customers acknowledge that the use of hydraulic lifting equipment involves inherent risks. FutureRise shall not be liable for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of our products.

6. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutureRise and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Delays: FutureRise strives to deliver products within estimated timeframes but is not responsible for unforeseen delays.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.

10. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Amendments

FutureRise reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
